Not only must today’s manager possess outstanding relationship skills, but he/she must also be equipped to work within an ever broadening range of government programs and legislation.  Often, training management in these areas is beyond the ability and know-how how of many organizations.  IEDA’s training programs offer employers the opportunity to improve their managers’ skills and their knowledge of current legislation in several areas, including:
