Labor Negotiator

Premiere Northern California Labor Relations firm is seeking an experienced management representative to join our staff.  The ideal candidate is creative, organized, analytical, and has strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.  Primary responsibility is as Chief Negotiator, but may also assist with grievances, arbitrations, management training and other labor relation services.

You Bring:

  • Self- starter with the ability to work independently as well as transition smoothly into team leader responsibilities.

  • Capability to adapt and function effectively with a diverse clientele.  

  • Effective communication in various forums at all levels of our client organizations, including Union tables, city council meetings and public and private sector board presentations.

  • The ability to achieve successful agreements with integrity in a patient and respectful manner is essential.  

  • A broad understanding of public sector and private sector employment law is desirable.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university.
